Vodafone Idea has been fined Rs 1.82 crore, Quadrant Rs 1.41 crore, and Airtel Rs 1.33 crore.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Uttar Pradesh Government to seek foreign investment for \u20b936,000 crore Ganga Expressway.
